We ship our ethically sourced Palo Santo worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your sacred wood arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Zones & Delivery Times:

  • Spain: 3-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-7 business days
  • International (Canada, Mexico, Israel, and other countries): 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs:

  • Spain: Standard rate applies
  • European Union: Free shipping on orders over €60
  • International: Free shipping on orders over $99 USD

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

International Orders (Outside EU)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. The amount varies by country and is determined by local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
